Who we are

Veridium Compliance (“Veridium”, “we”) operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

Information you send us by email or through the enquiry form, such as your name, work email address, company and message. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also process technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help run the website and handle email, including Cloudflare. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. Information handled during a client engagement is covered by the terms of that engagement.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Please get in touch through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
